Gained 40kilograms and went from 95-135kilograms since 2009, lost my girlfriend, but ENOUGH is ENOUGH !!!
Started exercising since last month and starting to trying to shape up and man up...
goal of the summer = to be able to fit a regular sized jersey when I go to Poland to visit family and watch the Europa Championship in Soccer... hopefully Lewandowski does a Thomas Müller (i.e. scoring a shitload of goals and get Poland to the finals as the first hosts of a fifa/uefa organized tournament since Uruguay in the 1930's (BEFORE Pele, Beckenbauer, Zico, Baggio etc..)
All that aside, my current starcraft goal is to get fit macro-wise and man up in my 1vs1's and stop cheesing.... currently 110-140 apm in avg. during mid-game, but then i lose focus (probably since I have concentration issues and been diagnosed with asperger's syndrome at the age of 4...
but FUCK THAT I can do this !'
Hopefully my concentration improves along with the above goals I've set myself....
but only time will tell....

Don't quit exercising! If you keep up with exercising, you won't be able to go a day without it without feeling shitty and tired. It's kind of like a good addiction!
I commend your energy and motivation. As the person said above me, if you can begin to fall into a habit of exercising it really becomes so much easier. But DON'T CUT YOURSELF SLACK; what I mean is, don't be like, "Oh today I don't feel like it, maybe tomorrow" unless you have a genuine reason. You will break the habit and it will be hard again.
thanks for all the positive replies , yeah I thought about martial arts but i don't like phyisical fighting so I'm doing regular exercise at the gym 3 times a week. ( Spinning, running on one of those track mats that move, i dno what its called in english, and lifting some weights to train my arm muscles and thighs aswell
update: almost lost a kilo in a few days... it's going the right way!
