I wanted to kinda right a semi-review for a mouse that I have just received off of ebay. It has Intel written on it but at the bottom iti says that its not actually made by Intel and that it was only used for I guess testing out gaming pc's. It only cost $14.99 so I was willing to take a chance and try it out. My next option was going to be the Steelseries Kinzu.
Link to mouse: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-USB-Wired-Gaming-Optical-Mouse-800-1600-2400-Dpi-7-Buttons-PC-Laptop?item=320855055791&cmd=ViewItem&_trksid=p5197.m7&_trkparms=algo=LVI&itu=UCI&otn=4&po=LVI&ps=63&clkid=6802046182590625541
The mouse works wonderfully (if thats a word ). I previously had an MX518 and I was also using my friends Razer Naga for a while and this mouse seems alot more comfortable to me. It also has adjustable weights at the bottom and has a button to change the dpi. It can switch between 3 dpi settings (800, 1600, or 2400). I use 1600 and 2400 for sc2 while using 2400 for everything else. It also has a media button that on first push brings up windows media player, changes the mouse scroll button into a pause/play button (I use this feature for replays in sc2), and changes the dpi switch into an inst-browse button as it automatically brings up your preferred internet browser. I can honestly say that this mouse feels like a MX518 with a slightly higher dpi, adjustable weight, extra media buttons, and $20 cheaper.
I can also say that it doesnt have the same cheap feel that alot of the gaming mouse around this price range does ($15-$30). The mouse is very solid and it also has a very accurate optical sensor. I would recommend this mouse to anyone with big hands that like heavy, accurate mice that have multiple uses and are on a budget.
EDIT: Title should say
(<$15)

But that mouse is not > 15$ at all.

is it just me or does that mouse look kind of left handed?

It's just you. A bigger bump on the left size would make that mouse uncomfortable left-handed.
Great find though.

I hate mice with the dips on the side for the thumb / whatever you're supposed to do on the other side of it.
They are usually not ambidextrous and are super unwieldy to use I feel.

Thats why I also skipped out on buying the kinzu and went straight for the one I mentioned in the OP.

The link it saying it contains errors for some reason, but what is the texture of the mouse like?
I have spent a lot of money on mouse, but always find myself back with my basic microsoft mouse, all the the "gaming" mice have weird rubberized type textures and make me feel like I am playing with some toy

I spent a bit over 70 USD for my current mouse and seeing stuff like this reminds me of how stupidly I spend some of my limited money. Really wish I had gotten cheaper gear, I could have gotten almost 5 of those for the price of my Razer mouse. I saw a cool Microsoft one for under 20 the other day on Amazon that I wish I had gotten, expensive gaming mice are a waste of money imo.

Well I made a similar purchase recently a Rosewill gaming mouse for 12$ I didn't expect much out of it but its pretty damn awesome. Which people said after a few months of use the mouse wheel started messing up and the mouse would click multiple times per click. Well I guess these people didn't play Starcraft as mine started doing it the first week.
It was also 7button multiple DPI settings. I hope the same doesn't happen to yours >.<. I may have just got a bad brand. I might give the one you linked a try.

I won't use an optical mouse since i found how much better lasers are.

I also didnt like the Naga at all. Maybe there are good laser mice out there but I didnt enjoy either of the 2 mice I had.
