It's awesome that you're doing this. No, not getting out of Bronze League, that's normal and everyday. The fact that you're immediately giving out replays and asking for criticism is the cool bit.
Now, I hate to say this, but at the moment I don't have the time to watch your replays. :'( However, I'd like to offer a few tips.
A.) You, sir, need to watch Day[9]. That's probably the best thing you could do. Not to learn any fancy strategies just yet, but to learn the mindset necessary to complete your Starcraft (Or any other, for that matter) goals. I recommend you start with this Daily, which outlines how to get into SC2 and establish a practice schedule: http://blip.tv/day9tv/day-9-daily-269-newbie-tuesday-how-to-get-into-sc2-4908809 This guy knows what he's talking about, he was a BroodWar progamer and is now one of the top analytical SC2 Casters.
B.) Just play. There are going to come times where you hate practicing and laddering. With a passion. You won't know exactly why. You'll know you want to play, but can't bring yourself to do it, or you'll just grow tired of a seeming monotony. The only cure is to just jump in and have done with your "Ladder Fear."
C.) Don't give up on these Blogs. If for no other reason than to share your own unique experience. It will serve to help track your progress and will give you support to continue the climb in skill.
D.) Most of all, have fun! Remember, this is a game. We play games to have fun, so the moment this becomes a chore more than a fun hobby, take a break. Go play something else. Make sure you are actually having fun when you play or you won't learn as well, and the frustration will compound. Besides, having fun is more fun, right?
Good luck, buddy, and happy hunting!
