I think there's a flaw in your math. Let's take the worst case scenario: you want to make eight zerglings to combat two zealots:
Zerg: 0sz9s*click*z is 7 clicks;
Protoss: 0z9z is 4
So your 2x factor may not be entirely applicable to all scenarios, and you may have to look at the overall formula based on the variations. Terran is even closer to Zerg here, too.

So you agree that the proof is solid, good. We agree on the scientific merit of Rinny's proof. Indeed little to discuss.
But then I may not understand why you find it stupid. Surely you recognize that zerg being 32 times harder than the other two races is an important result. Imagine what this would imply for coming expansion to the Starcraft 2 series!
I can see how the start of the proof can seem a bit random, but in the end the pieces fit together beautifully. Truly an amazing proof, and if I may say so about hard science like this, a piece of Art. Maybe you did not grasp the last step? That would explain your sceptic standpoint. Also your calculation of "hard"-total is really interesting. I would have thought it might be a sum instead. Is your result still "hard" or is it "hard"^4? Wouldve been cool to have a definition of the multiplication of the "hard"-factors that appear in your formula for "hard"-total as it doesnt seem to be the typical "Product of measurements" that you also quoted in the wikipedia article.

I think OP neglected to mention that:
Protoss supply buildings are stationary and can't be interacted with.
Terran supply buildings can be lowered/raised, so there's some micro there. So we give them *2 weight.
Zerg supply buildings ARE FRIGGING UNITS THAT HAVE TO BE MICRO'D and also dropships. *3 weight.

Additionally a zerg could always box the larva, thus removing a keystroke.

The mathematics are pretty involved, so it is important we make the proof transparent for as many as possible to spot subtle flaws. I'm not saying there is a flaw. I'm saying it's really stupid and random. Nothing to discuss, really.
