There is also a worldwide club called the brotherhood of the dog, where people just kick the crap out of each other, sometimes using sticks and other melee weapons. Maybe that could be something for you.

I've only been in one fist fight in my life, and I won (in 2nd grade), and I am way less physically strong compared to most other men, so I want to keep my 100% win ratio. This means avoiding fights for me.3 I used to have a friend who, in college, used to get in fights at parties (he was some sort of black belt). One night he was beaten to death by another guy I knew (yeah, fucked up). That kind of put things in perspective for me.

There's nothing ambiguous about the word MMA in todays day and age... And there's really very little reason to not just sign up for an MMA gym if there's a decent one available. But yeah, if you're going to angrily sparr you'd have to consider whether that would actually be a comfortable experience for whomever you're sparring with... It can be competitive but shouldnt be angry. There have been guys who come to the gym and think their badass, right? like a couple of guys had been in the military, and rolled too hard on the mat, or striked too hard during warm-ups. They got paired up with the more... experienced guys in the class who decided to not take it easy on them. They either learned their lesson or never showed up again. You don't go into the gym to hurt people. haha If you do, it happens the other way around That's how they keep it a safe environment. Happy sparring! And know that the more skilled guys want you to learn safely.
