I didn't know where else to put this so ill rant about it here... :/
About a month ago I ordered a TL limited team shirt (I think this was the 2nd batch of shirts that came. Had Hero as the poster boy wearing the shirt with a funny quote underneath)
Still haven't gotten it yet... the track thingy said
Your item departed our NORFOLK, VA 23501 sort facility on November 16, 2011.
so I guess I might finally get my shirt in a week or so -_-
And I realize that the order was delayed because TL had did their numbers incorrectly but I am really disappointed on how long its taken...
Anyone else having TL shirt troubles?
PS: i had a friend who also goes on TL order it for me cause I dont have a credit card

Sorry that your shirt is late. There was a problem with the distributor, they miscounted the number there were and thus we had too many orders (by ~180). Thus, some people received their shirt very late. We ordered a rush batch to get these people shirts as fast as possible.

Did you receive an email stating the issue and reasoning behind the delay? I believe we sent out one to those 180ish people. We understand sending you an email doesn't really fix anything, so we offered anyone who was affected by this error a refund, but most people just wanted a shirt from the next batch, which we rushed out.
We sincerely apologize and we've talked to distributor about being more careful in the future about counting. Hope you get the shirt soon!

Thanks for being patient. We realize its our responsibility, but all this stuff is a bit new to us. We only started selling with a custom distributor this year and only a few batches over the last few months. We will try our best to have less problems in the future.

Out of curiosity, what is a normal time frame for orders being delivered (inside the US) assuming nothing is messed up? I may want to get a friend a shirt for Christmas, but if it is over a month, then I will probably just wait for another time.

Within the US it seems to be around 4-5 business days once the shirt has shipped.

You were expecting some sort of cover up ? I think this is pretty natural and to be suspected considering TL evolved from a small community to a bigger one but is still trying to keep the small community feeling. Rather than surprising I think its just great.
