This I completely recommend to everyone who ladders at a level of frustation. Take a breather.
Best way I have found to calm down from the constant cheese of ladder is to play a very classic game. Even when I am streaming, I get rather fumed losing to cheesy play. I know I shouldn't get upset about a loss, but its mainly when its due to something like cheese that makes me angry, if he legit beats me in a macro game, I am not happy, but it gives me material to learn from, cheese is cheese. For example, if I get Nerazim Crypts against zerg. I go into the game expecting if I scout last I lose. Usually thats what happens. And a few 6 pools later, I rage. So when streaming, much like now, I pop on the N64, and play some Paper Mario. It levels my head, and makes me happy.
Honestly just running through a chapter in Paper Mario brings me such joy. My question to you guys is, since I don't want to lose viewers when streaming. What is in your opinions the best N64 games to stream to releave stress, but keep the viewers watching? (AKA it has to be a non frustrating game, and is entertaining to watch) Please post in the comments below.

You can definitely take things from cheese games as well. For example you should just send out a second probe if you don't scout him on your first try, to hit the second and the third location at the same time. So change your mindset from just ignoring cheese games, 'cause there is always things to learn, otherwise you'll keep losing to the same cheese over and over!
I play OSU! whenever I get very upset about a loss. Its fun, funny music and I tell myself that I work on my mouse accuracy for Stacraft 2 improvement at the same time ;D It makes me go into the next game with a way better mindset when Ive beaten some OSU! maps before ;>

See I disagree, I honestly, well at least in my case, believe its frustration/insanity, losing to the same thing over and over again, and yet you keep doing it. Since the definiation of INSANITY is the constant repetition of a task expecting a different outcome
