Ok, that was just a nicer way of telling you to grow up, really. If this is too much to handle, i can't imagine what would happen when you get a real job and move on to the next quarter of your life....

I am sure he has been dealing with this for awhile and then when someone highly respected like djWheat overreacts and creates mainstream hate for you, I doubt you can find anything enjoyable out of it. If you are willing to devote all your free time into something that doesn't respect you back, something is wrong with you. Last week Reddit was I LOVE MILKIS, lets post all of his twitter messages and give him love. This week djWheat has made the entire community hate him. Compared to SC:BW community Milkis enjoyed, this community is utter shit. Once you're hated, there is no coming back.

To expect that you can be a semi-public figure and post anything remotely controversial and not have backlash is just extremely naive to the point of almost being willfully stupid. You can't be involved in the community in any form and hold on to the idea that anything you say, especially if it's something potentially inflammatory or opinionated, is just going to be kindly accepted with praise and happy conversation and lacking in criticism. It's delusional. You either have to think (not YOU, but as a person) that you walk on water, or in general have a complete, head in the sand, rejection of the entire reality that is reddit and any other internet community. I'm not shitting on Reddit. I'm not shitting on TL. I'm not shitting on esports in general. But it's a mixed community and everyone knows it. Regardless of the reason for doing so, you should have known beforehand that you would get reactions. And regardless of even that you should have known whether or not you had a thick enough skin to handle those reactions...or you just shouldn't have posted anything. Maybe it means that means you need to think about what you say if you can't take negativity. And maybe that means that you just can't be a public figure in the community for risk of getting anger from people. And that's fine. That's totally, completely fine. There's nothing wrong with you as a person for not having the skin to get shit on. personally this thing and you right now and the post you made remind me of stupid drama from high school, between the martyring and woe-is-me and all the bullshit spewing from every orifice, but whatever. I'm sure you'll have some things to think about when you realize what you're doing. Either way best of luck to you in whatever you do, and I'm sure you'll be around.

I've been too lazy to do it but I wanted to find where you translated something from MVP talking about 1/1/1 and how it should be illegal. I wanted to search for instances of the phase "1/1/1" (or other variations) on TL before your tweet and then instances after to show the snowball effect of rumors and mob mentality. Specifically regarding 1/1/1 that build has been around since the beta. Tasteless has been joking about it on GOM since the beta and calls it the "Tasteless build." It was nothing new but it was interesting to see the furor that developed post tweet. Alas I never looked into it to confirm. Was also interesting how your "work" regarding IdrA has seeped into the scene. You're the source of the "kimchi" popularization and you relate slanted stories to LXP gamers coming for MLG and competing against IdrA. It's interesting just how much sabotage you seem capable of, but again I didn't flesh this out. Anyway, your bias was evident early on and you skated by because mob mentality has the IQ of a neanderthal. Individuals with a brain can see how wrong you were on the EG Puma situation. It's incredibly offensive the stance you took for a simple player transaction involving a western team yet you never uttered a word before that when TSL's Coach Lee pilfered his entire team from fOu and oGs. Or after the EG "scandal" when Slayers raided ZeNex. It's actually a good thing that you are stepping down because your twitter has way too much negative influence and you wielded power unjustly. I'm just ecstatic and amazed that you would hoist yourself on your own pitard and remove yourself because I thought you would be a cancerous existence that I would have to stomach with no end in sight.

It's the last thing I wanted. [...] Yeah sure, that's why you make an extremely provocative elitist statement that basically offends thousands of eSport fans who love SC2, DotA, CS, Quake etc on reddit and then you post a whiny good-bye blog here because people on the internet disagree with you and are mean. You totally don't want any attention! And you totally don't want people to praise your work and beg you to come back in this thread either! You got some serious issues and I hope you won't return to the scene before resolved them. Or better, don't return at all cause I don't want to see someone writing a ridiculous good-bye blog like this and then return.

Write your articles, do your twitter translations, but stay off the MLG stage and don't post stupid shit on SCReddit if you don't want to be flamed for it. You are not a good live translator. Is that to be mean? No. It is just a fact. If you never come back I would be just fine with that. Good riddance to you, sir. people like you are the ones destroying esports. you don't give a shit about anything and just pass it off saying it's not your fault. why dont you just fuck off? we'd be fine if you didn't come back spreading your pessimistic shit.

Milkis did a good job and tried his best, nobody could ask any more of him. He gave up his time and effort to contribute to esports and people shat on him because they are ungrateful children. You're awesome Milkis, thanks for your efforts mate

Milkis did a good job and tried his best, nobody could ask any more of him. He gave up his time and effort to contribute to esports and people shat on him because they are ungrateful children. You're awesome Milkis, thanks for your efforts mate Nobody shat on him, let's get that straight. He put himself out there and started a discussion where he belittled other games. The method where both sides try to disprove the other and offer their evidence has been around for some 4,000 years since the time of Socrates and it's not "shitting on somebody." He made some ignorant comments and when people argued against him he stuck his tail between his legs and ran. Maybe you would have a case if somebody else started the thread that led to his downfall but he was the author himself.
