The 570M is actually around a 550Ti or 560 level.

Quite a beast indeed haha, seems like you were looking for a serious desktop replacement. Reminds me I need to start keeping track of laptop specs vs prices so I can get one on boxing day.

Was the title an intentional pervert test? I fell for it hard if it was, geeze.

Rainbow keyboard lights?! I want. Was that a setting that came with the laptop?

I have an HD Radeon whateverthefuck-hundred with 1gb vram, and the vram is what I feel should be increased in my system. I miss my 460, it's in my home computer, which is a 6 hour drive away.. Same vram as this thing, but it actually uses both of the slots it takes, instead of this thing, which has what loots like a tiny little fan.

That's not as expensive as I would have thought. Seems like a good buy.

Apparently, some studies have demonstrated that laptops can cause a decrease in virility. Something about the heat from the laptop on your lap causing an inhospitable increase in heat for the boys. Not sure if anything's even been shown for women in that aspect though... I have one of those lap tables that have a cushion on the underside to avoid the problem and because it's more comfortable in general.
As for the laptop, it blows my computer out of the water and it looks like it was at a decent price. I'm mildly jealous.

Wow, thats a nice price for such a laptop <3
I still remember the time where I travelled a lot and drove back and forth between work, my place and my former girlfriends place, always accompanied by my laptop on the long rides (and obviously some back-up-accus) - good times.
And those backlightings of the keyboard are absolutely neat! I love my mechanical keyboard and generally are a person that loves simple design, but ... I'm slightly jealous!

I've been thinking about getting a new laptop sometime in the near future so this seems like a good choice. I have a few questions if you don't mind answering. ^^
Does it come with a lot of bloatware that I'll have to uninstall? How hot does it get with the new cooling system? How responsive does the keyboard feel? (Like, do the keys 'bounce' a little or do they respond with even minimal force, etc.) Are the USB Ports on the right or lefthand side? Does it have warranty?

Going per train? Watch replays.
Not at home (visiting parents or stuff)? Still be able to play
I love my 13" laptop (God I hate big laptops. It seems so counterproductive for me. I heard enough reasons why big laptops are still usefull (and the reasons definitely do make sense) it's just a personal preferences I guess) which has way worse specs but is still able to handle sc2 on good settings.
I love your keyboard. I want one with pretty lights too.
I would truthfully go crazy without a big screen or my numpad. I'm an engineer, so I got my first laptop thinking I would need a numpad. While it's been helpful, it wasn't as necessary as I thought.

Computers are like sports cars to us nerds, it isn't always for the practicality of them! Sometimes we just want something that's big and flashy and can go "vroom, vroom" and make all of our friends jealous.

Haha, no, I really do just call my laptop "a beast" (hence why I named it t3hBeast). Would have been a good plan, though!

Yealls, but it isn't set as being an actual rainbow. There are three "section" of LED I can control, I made the left red, the middle green and the right blue. I'm not sure if there is intentional shifting between sections or if the LED just fade together (I think there is shifting), but it ends up giving pretty much all of the colors of the rainbow.

-Yes and no, it had a "check which ones you want to install," but they all started checked and they wouldn't let me uncheck them. I raged a bit over that, but there wasn't that much I had to remove. -Thus far, it hasn't gotten very hot at all. The only game I've played on it was League of Legends (at high settings, but it's League). It's actually stayed much cooler than my HP Pavillion dv9000, that has a duo core, so I'd say the cooling system is amazing. Looking at reviews of other quad core laptops, I would say this one has a better cooling system than all of them. -The keyboard feels super responsive. It's firm, so they don't "bounce" at all and they seem to me to be quite responsive. -There are USB ports on both sides (3 usb 2.0, 2 usb 3.0) -It comes with a 2 year warranty from MSI for no extra cost.

Misleading title I expected to see other pictures here. But that's the way I do it
1 Buy. Powerful Mac 2 install Windows 7 3 install Sc2 4 ???? 5 Profit
In the end you have a pOwerful beast that is comPatiable with everything in the world you can carry it around and it's not made of freaking plastic))))

Thats not a laptop, more like an abomination. ![](/mirror/smilies/puh2.gif) Wouldnt even have the space to put that thing up during class in university.
Do these $1,549.99 include taxes?
The closest to those specs i could find was this one, http://geizhals.at/eu/688315 about 2120 USD
You should try to run furmark in combination with something cpu intensive(prime) on it to stress the cooling system and see if it is throttling.

Oh my gawd... what a beast. I wish I got a better processor. Can you stream on you laptop?
