on that note.. the only issue I have is that they're replacing the thor with a smaller (uglier imo) thor instead of simply changing the thor (if they really want the hero unit, make it the odin). I would also say the same thing about the tempest instead of "fixing" the carrier (although it might be harder to change b/c of the name implications). | ||

What you were saying in the OP was I mean, if you tried out the changes at Blizzcon and you are providing us your insight from a first hand experience, I have nothing to say really. But what really bugs me is those people who just form their own opinion on the changes from the unit preview videos. Which is something completely different. Glad we cleared that out then. | ||

The only thing we can really discuss is unit design, and even then we don't have full disclosure on how the units' abilities will work. Numbers can be tweaked, crazy abilities can be balanced or tweaked. Some of the design concerns about the oracle, for example, are perfectly justified. Does adding a harass unit that can't kill workers make the game boring? However, people saying that the unit will be underpowered are just speculating, no matter how well their post is written or what credentials they have. Blizzard can still tweak unit costs and energy costs to make the unit worth using. | ||
