Meanwhile, I roll around in agony about which schools to apply to.
U texas raised tuition recently, looking at it again it's not very good to app to now.
U dub is a better choice, still not cheap though.
Also looking at which program to apply to at USC. I cannot make up my mind :/ Would like to pick up a cultural minor of some sort, but I dont' want to ahve to stay the extra year. Time is too precious :/
Apply to marshall, or viterbi.
And if I go elsewhere should I even bother majoring in econ?

It shouldn't be too hard to change majors at USC but I would still apply to Viterbi given that a lot of schools make it easy to transfer out of an engineering school but difficult to transfer in to one. If Marshall is more impacted than Viterbi then forget what I said.
The Texas app is a joke pretty much--I was bored the day it was due and literally did everything including the essays in about two hours. You're pretty much guaranteed acceptance from out of state if you've taken some math//science APs I think.
