1: Accept that you're a little bitch if you do get anxiety from laddering.
2: After accepting premise 1, tell yourself that you want to stop being a little bitch. Say it motherfucker.
3: Hit your opponents with a "gg no effort" at game start, before boxing your cc/workers. Do it even if you're up against flash. It doesn't matter if you're going to win/lose, you just have to hit 'em with a "gg ez" before the game starts if you ever want to stop being a little whiny bitch.
4: Always type gg at the end of a game. Do it even if the game sucked ass and you got 4pooled/11 12 12 rax'd/proxy cannon'd. Type it whether you win or lose. If you're about to show your hand full of aces to your opponent, type a quick offensive "GG" before you do it.
5: Hit the find match button, and make sure you're playing 1v1 and not RTS anxiety team games for little bitches.
Also, very important, if you happen to be in a losing position with no way to come back, remember this VERY CRITICAL step that will help you defeat ladder anxiety completely: Press enter. Type GG. Press enter again. Go to menu, pause the game, and immediately leave in that same second. That way even if you lose, you're still a fucking baller. Soon, you will feel entirely different about losing. Losing will soon be a means of hitting your ladder opponents with a manner pauseleave. Besides, it's totally worth the points you've just lost.
So there you have it. Buy yourself a mountain dew or something, you deserved it. But not before pressing the find match button.
I liked this. Not sure if this is the right attitude, but it's still an interesting one~
I've gotten over ladder anxiety, but now I have ladder depression. I click the match button for 1v1 without hesitation, but when I enter the game, I can't help but think, "I hate Pv(Z/P/T). Playing does not make me happy."
