Or at least most of them. Decided not to watch soO vs Stats b/c I was lazy and I turned off Action vs By.Sun after the break because that was the most drone-into-not-having-units fail I've seen in quite a while. I mean yeah targeting that archon with the sunkens woulda helped like the commentators said but it's not like Action had any fighting units besides 12 lings and 6 drones so he still would have gotten pretty stomped anyways.
But what frustrates me is Best vs Flash. I was rooting for KT because I liked the secret secret depth that they revealed recently but man did the two losses make me sick. The first game I could accept the loss because Best was just like "ok hopefully I can hold this delayed timing push off FD on 3 gates" and then Flash makes lots of marines, builds a bunker and Best suicides the goons through the marines....to get 2 tanks. Fuck that. That was terrible decision-making by Best, regardless of how little preparation he had against Flash or whatever. That loss I can accept.
Then comes the second game on Circuit Breaker. I should have seen this coming because Flash doesn't just sit there and take losses from anybody but still...
Instead of playing standard like he always used to do against Best, he just completely plays Best like a grand piano, from the dual machine shop to get the quick speed/mines to wreck probes at the third and nat, to the 4th expansion that came up BEFORE Best's, knowing that Best hadn't gotten into his groove, then to the 11fac +1 wep into push of absolute destruction while expanding AGAIN, pushing Best's army around like it was a Playskool car. And Best just ran around the map, lost lots of zealots, and then keeled over and let Flash's mech smash into him. As the commentators said, it was a nightmare for Protoss, and I had a hard time just watching this go on. I haven't had a feeling like this since perhaps watching Jaedong vs Stork WCG set 3 or EVER '09 with Flash vs Movie. Just....why.
There's no point to this post other than ranting, and I know that Best should have traveled a bit more around the map (even with the vultures/mines everywhere) to quickly shut down Flash's 4th base in time (probably not 3rd)...but seriously, why is Flash so goddamn good at Starcraft? What the fuck was that game? asdfjkl; I wanted to see Best at least give a good fight but then this happens. I don't know whether to be mad or just simply stunned.
Feelings about the Ace match?

Flash is far and away the best player in the world and I don't think you can blame Best for losing to him.

Flash is just Flash, but BeSt played well imo in the ace match. No shame in losing to Flash. He was SKT's best shot at taking down Flash, but thats a pretty tall order; especially when Flash was practicing so hard for these finals (before taking time off for surgery and recovery).
BeSt is still the best macro toss player, and he really doesn't deserve the blame he's getting from certain fans.

You should definitely catch Stats versus SoO. It was kind of one-sided, but it was a long, action-packed game.
I also don't think you can blame Best. Flash plays with everyone like a Korean in an SC2 tournament abroad.

Flash denying the mineral only expo with an engineering bay was genius. Best was caught in a position he'd probably never practised for. He had to either pull goons back and lighten the early contain v Flash, allowing Flash to move out earlier while delaying his own third, or take the much more exposed 3 o'clock expansion.
That single move allowed Flash to reign terror with his vultures, and forced Best to be a lot more passive in order to protect his bases. This in turn allowed Flash to expand much faster than Best with little pressure, leading to the seeming stompfest that it turned out to be.
I don't think Best played poorly at all. Rather, Flash was just his brilliant self.

Oh, I don't blame Best at all for the ace match...he was just playing his usual style. But Flash...how long can he keep this up? Jesus. What SHOULD Best have done to prepare for that push? Was he pretty much done when Flash put his 4th up?

Basically the same as everyone else said: skt1 had no real chances to beat flash in the ace match.
Best was the best (luls) choice (altho perhaps bisu deserved to play the final match given that he carried the team to the finals) and he put up a good fight, trying to bring the game to his most adequate scenario (mass macro fights) and to deny all aggresion from flash. I shat brix when he broke the first hard contain flash did to him (at his nat iirc). Sadly for him, flash is too good and he kept getting slightly ahead by every move he did and he finally just rolled over best. But mad respect for best for not pussying out or choking, but facing fate as a true man.

I think the proxy Engineering Bay to deny Best's protected third was absolutely brilliant. It forced Best to expand to the 3 o clock, and since Best had already started his Observatory in his main, he wouldn't be able to wall off the third base with Pylons/Observatory in time for the initial Vulture harass follup to Bunker/CC. This is of course compounded with the double add on you described in your post. Since Best lost at least 7 Probes to the Vultures at his third, Best was forced to delay his Arbiter tech. This took away any late game timing push that Best could possibly have committed to. This is the main reason, in my opinion, it was absolutely devastating Best couldn't formulate a proper push at Flash's fourth. However, I think Best's problems really began with the manner Engineering Bay.
I also think its ridiculous Bisu (who is 7-1 on CB in PvT) didn't play instead of Best (Who was 2-4 coming into the Finals). SKT had around a month off to prepare build orders, and it was no secret Flash would play in the ace match. I don't understand why Bisu couldn't have invested some time into developing a strong PvT build on Circuit Breaker.
Edit: I should have read raviy's comment before posting.

I think BeSt loss that macro game because of 3 factors: 1. Flash's successful harassment(as you explained) 2. BeSt's 3rd base position because of Flash's engeneering bay(as some posters explained) 3. Flash's Push. He pushed immediately when he had a maxed out army with 1 attack 0 armor upgrade. Not only he was the first to reach 200/200 but his maxed out push is perfectly timed with his 2 armories finishing lvl2 attack and lvl1 armor. He tried to have both Stasis and storms but his only Arbiter got EMPed and his 2 storms didn't do much. He retreated his army and from that point, he knows there's nothing much he could do except to watch Flash kill all his expos.
