I've been going at this entire thing backwards. I should've remembered; I don't LEARN when I'm just thrown into something. I need a buddy; someone who's willing to mentor me. Not a practice partner; a mentor; someone I could have a connection with. Preferably a Protoss player. If there is such a person out there that is...-looks around with pleading eyes- I don't need to give up, I just need to reform my learning style.
This mint ice cream is tasty...I like how some of the chocolate chips are hearts. Knowing you guys, ALL the comments will be about this instead of the mentoring deal which is the main body of this blog...
Now to watch Jesse Cox play through the water part of Amnesia: The Dark Descent. I don't care what anyone says; the water is the most terrifying part of that game, followed by the morgue. -climbs up the wall and clings to the ceiling fan in terror-
But but seriously. Will you mentor me? If for no other reason than I'm giving you an adorable upside-down look? : D?

I know it might not be quite what you are looking for, but it might be beneficial to check out the practice parnters thread. You will at least meet someone to play with, and help keep you motivated. http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=139384
Or just do a search for "coaching" and you get lots of hits.
GL in your search!

The only thing that is better than mint icecream is oreo icecream. They need to make oreo-mint flavor like the DQ blizzards.
MMMMMMMM.
I would suggest forming a practice group. Noone is going to want to mentor another player they do not know or care about (for free). A practice group of people with similar skill levels will help imo.

I already said...that's not how I learn. I don't learn well in groups. I learn by mimicry, not by puzzling it out.

I haven't had ice cream in a long time
I can't even watch Amnesia, let alone play it X.X
I think that I answered your blog quite fittingly.
........ what level of play are you at and what do you need help with?

I am scum, that is, the lowest of the lowest of the low. I need help with a lot of things, but mostly I need someone to teach me how to put it all together, i.e. what goes where. Off the top of my head though, a few specifics are...
-Forcefield placement -Grouping -How to organize macro-management -PvT -Proper counters

Wr3k: Noone is going to want to mentor another player they do not know or care about (for free).
You are absolutely wrong, sorry. Any person who loves teaching could be interested if they don't have already someone to teach. It would be hard to find that person, I agree on that.
I would mentor him but he is looking for mimicry, wich is something I can't offer.

...? My antennae are wriggling now. : D Mimicry is just something I do naturally; it's not something one has to offer~
