Trying to find 2 movies I forgot the title of. So why not ask TL who has the answer to everything .
First movie: Some cop gets involved in a case with a team of engineers. The engineers has some device that allows them to look back in time, move through walls, looking at the past. I believe the actor who plays the cop is a black person - awesome actor.
Second movie: A guy + a team of robbers makes the perfect bank robbery. The robbers observes the SWAT-team, knowing they wont move in before they hear shots. It ends up with the robbers drawing out time to build a wall to hide the money inside. After a week the leader walks out of the bank with the money in bags in broad day light.
The titles have been haunting me. Can't recall them - help? .

The cop believe it's a normal murder case and he's looking at tapes of what happened. But the engineers is hiding the truth that they are looking at the past. Ends with the cop believing he can change the past through the device.

The first movie is called " Deja Vu " with the black actor being Denzel Washington.
