So I filed a claim with my insurance company, the lady said SHE couldn't tell me about my coverage, but said she'd file a claim. She also said a police report is not necessary.

The man she transferred me to, however, said I do have insurance. I guess the term is much longer than I thought it was!

So ha! i kinda want to call the guy and tell him what's up, but whatever. I wonder if the insurance company will make this a legal/criminal matter too, they said he can't just leave without giving his insurance information like he did.
