A few months ago, if you may recall, a certain player stood out at MLG Dallas, getting to the finals undefeated, dignitasNaNiwa. I became a fan of his during this tournament, watching his dominating play in every single matchup, and being a Protoss player myself was further inspired and influenced by him. A few weeks after this tournament I was bored on the bus and decided to Facebook search to see if he had a fan page. He did not, but the Team Dignitas page came up. In that, I saw that they were selling Team Dignitas hoodies! I said to myself, well why not attempt to ask if I ordered one, if they could get it signed by NaNiwa himself? Not only was my request quickly attended to, but ODEE himself took my hoodie to MLG Columbus and got it signed by NaNiwa.
Needless to say, I am so grateful to the whole Dignitas team for being so interactive with their fans, especially on their Twitter and Facebook pages. Few teams take the time to interact with their fans, and having one of my favourite players on a team like that is a massive bonus.

My hoodie arrived last week, and I am wearing it was I'm typing this out. Thank you to Team Dignitas, and NaNiwa himself for making this baller nerd's day that much better.

thats awesome man, seriously fantastic fan respect by them!

Nani is great.. definitely an inspiration in a time of hardships for the protoss race.
|
That is super badass, I am super jealous....the sweatshirt is kinda cool too . Joking aside that is crazy cool bro, grats!
|
i have the hoodie, it's a great hoodie and looks good.
i wouldn't want to have it signed though.
grats =)

You better have that hoodie framed and placed above the fireplace.

During MLG, they were doing a signed mousepad giveaway. I won one and got a Nani mousepad in the mail today; also made my day! Thanks dignitas <3

That's exactly where it's going.

Wow great and respectful team, would be awesome if you could also get SeleCt to do it lol, but anyways congratulations! Make sure you do not wash it off!
|
Wow I've always thinking those look nice, but didn't knew they would go this far to get a player to sign it for you. So nice
|
wow, thats some easy-copyable-signature
just kidding, great stuff!! feels like we're privileged to take part in this early stage of e-sports. in a few years i wouldnt be surprised if the best starcraft players in the world are less interactive with their fans and have aquired alot more fame in the general public

I love when orginazations do things like this. Enjoy the hoodie, it's great looking btw.
|
Yeah it is a sick looking hoodie, I think I'm gonna wear it outside once, then hang it up on my wall :D

ODEE is not only one of the nicest but also most capable people in e-sports. Not many people realize how important he actually is for the European community. He's helped countless organisations around the world and he's always there for the players. You'll never see Dignitas giving up on a player because of bad performances like other organisations have in the past.
In conclusion I must say you made the right choice in becoming a Dignitas fan. That organisation is one of a kind.

That is just too damn cool. Grats man, I think this sort of thing is exactly what esports needs. Go Dignitas!
|
Im not a fan of naniwa, but him and dignitas just got major points in my book. This is really cool.
|
Awesome hoodie! I want one.

Ya I have to agree with this.... except I am a fan of Naniwa...
Maybe that's not the best post to quote... but the point is this make Dignitas look like an awesome team and makes them more well respected, especially towards Naniwa in this case. Thanks for sharing your story OP!
