Vengeance essential house vol 2 and Sample Magic progressive house are the ones I use mainly + a bunch of free sample packs from here and there.

1. The piano chords brought in at 1:10 are too harsh and too loud, over the course of the song they are also too unchanging. They need to be brought in at a slightly lower volume and need some knob twisting of probably the attack and hipass to help maintain interest. I would also love it if you added in a 4 part variation later in the song in addition to the 2 part piano bit you have now. The paino chords in are in the forefront of the track so you need to do a bit more with them than just slam them down for 16 bars. This should be easy to fix just add 1-2automations and a slightly more complex variation. 2. Gosh that's really it, really needs a few slight variations on the piAno part and some cutoff/attack work when you play it in calmer parts of the song...needs more inflection in the quieter parts.

![]() as i said to window, you have done your homework and can produce a quality sound. Now you got to actually write the track aswell. From a commercial POV this track is banging, but from an artistical POV youre not breaking new ground. Gotta choose what direction you want to go yourself!

But on the plus side I usually pick up a couple of tricks etc in the process that I might be able to apply when/if I find my own sound at some point. ![]()
