1. Simple exercises.
Based on what Day 9 said on his Daily regarding APM and Mouse Control, I do some basic stretches to ensure I do not get carpal tunnel easily. Aside from that, I go for some basic push ups because I am BOSS that way!
2. Do my chores as early as I can (especially feeding the dogs)
I get distracted whenever I play most of the time, so why not do the important shit first and THEN play Starcraft 2. I make sure the house is clean and secure and I make sure my dogs get their meals and their spots cleaned of their filth.
3. Take a nice hot shower afterward.
After all those chores, I earn a shower! Everyone knows that.
4. Always have soda in hand!
I need the energy badly. And they always come in the form of soda. If I don't get one, I get a headache. DX
5. Prepare my Itunes Playlist
Music keeps my mind of all the pessimistic thoughts in my head as I am out on a match.
6. Watch TotalBiscuit's I Suck at Starcraft Videos.
They are definitely the "feel good" kind of series. Sure I would rather watch the pros play on their livestream which I do from time to time, but TotalBiscuit's Starcraft series, as I mentioned in my previous blog is the kind that keeps me motivated to play.
7. READY FOR ACTION!!!!!!
