1) PvZ - has the potential of becoming awesome I hope :D I love non-cheesy DT openings, and I really believe that we now finally can see some alternative playstyles other than colossus deathball, as both DT and HT feel more viable now.
It feels like it makes a step into Broodwaresque-playstyles actually, I always liked seeing Archon-Zealot, and hope that it all might lead to more farspread games, contrary to 3-base-deathball.
Just in case that people actually revive chargelot in TvZ, that would be awesome. I also like them for harassment, and ultimately it might lead even to more Warp prisms then <3

2) TvZ and TvP Mech Yeah, I like Zergs. I also like Tanks and spread out games. Sometimes this matchup is just great.
TvP Mech seems great to me. A lot of Broodwar atmosphere coming back when seeing harassing and scouting hellions, Siege Lines and struggle for map control. I hope to see it more frequently after the ghost change, as Ghosts do so well for Mech Terran against Protoss, and now are more viable to get in always gas-starving metal builds.
3) TvT - or even PvP? For PvP: I think it might become really cool in case more strategies will be played now. That's why I'm almost sad that they didn't keep the 40 second nerf, it would've opened even more room for cool stuff.
Buffed Archons might lead into more careful gameplay with less aggression and more expanding -because DT threat might have increased dramatically now-, potentially improving the matchup.
4)ZvZ and TvP (Bio) TvP - so low? Yep. I can't really stand it anymore, Colossus-Gateway against Marauder, Marauder, Marauder & MM. Struggle for map control? Nope, rather stay in your base Protoss, or stim terran might kill you if you haven't commited on a push.
I find this matchup way too often decided in a single move, such as a single defended or successful drop, and often a single battle. Especially Protoss commits on really expansive armies, and there is barely a chance of escape for them once they lose a fight, so often a game ends right after the first confrontation. As a most terrifying example I'ld like to mention Round 1 TSL - Boxer versus Nightend...
At the same time it seems hard to harass a bio terran as he has a super mobile army, which means Protoss just waits, and waits, and waits.
A blink of hope? Perhaps, again, DT into farspread expansions, splitting up the match into several points of action - sometimes.
