To get picked up, have him win multiple tournaments online and try offline. From there, try and get as much exposure as you can for teams to notice your friend. and from there it pretty much writes for itself | ||

In other words, the managers of the team set the money to those who can put their sponsors in a positive light and rake in more hits, popularity and recognition for the team/website/community. If things follow-through, other sponsors get a piqued interest, more sponsorship or support flow in (not necessarily in regards to money) and more opportunity is presented to the group. | ||
