Holy cow...
I did not realize the amount of paper work and bureaucratic bullshit I would have to wade through in order to get even close to going to Korea.
Gotta do transfer of credit forms, gotta get signatures from people of EACH department I want credits from on that, get signatures from my academic advisor and my study abroad advisor. Gotta do budget forms, then talk to financial aid people. Gotta sign tons of waivers and release forms saying I won't sue if I get kidnapped/raped/drugged/etc. in South Korea. Gotta apply for a visa, not even sure which one yet. Student or General Trainee? Student visa requires admissions letter, bank balance (wtf?), and current school transcript or diploma. I'm sure I'll have a lot more paper work to fill out in the near future, and especially when I land and Korea. I guess I'm a little frustrated, but as I listen to my Kpop, I'll work hard till I get to Korea.
Korean girls, Starcraft, hangul, KOREAN FOOD.
I'm excited. :D
I'll take pictures for you, TL. I hope to meet up with some of you TLers already in Korea! MightyAtom-hyung, don't be away on business please. :D
Korea hwaiting!
