Needless to say, I time out a lot. My school (Univ. of Pitt. branch campus) gets its internet from Pitt, which has good internet. So why would I time out? Well, they provide internet to our campus for about 500 people. We have 1300. So all of sudden, things will be great then one person too many will be using up bandwidth (1 xbox takes up 20x the bandwidth of a computer, btw) and bam, I time out of my game. It gets to the point where I can't even connect to the Steam servers (which take up practically no bandwidth) for hours at a time. This wouldn't be nearly as aggravating if the internet was bad all the time but there will be several hours where I'll get about ten games in and just nothing more as I time out again and again.

Another thing is that I really don't mind losing at all but 2 things aggravate me more than anything else. 1. Timing out RIGHT as I'm about to win. There is nothing more frustrating than playing a 25 minute game and right about to finish off an opponent that really lost the game several minutes before, all I see is WAITING FOR SERVER. 2. People telling me to stop lagging. I literally have no idea what these people think that I can do to make my internet better that I wouldn't have already done. I also don't understand why it makes people mad. I'll time out in a minute (or just leave) and they get a free win.

Glad to get this off of my chest as I timed out of my fourth game in a row spread over 2 days. I've not timed out of one game this whole week... D:
