My musing concluded I will address practical issues: I don't think it matters whether you get fired for no reason or not. The income is big money for a kid and you will be getting some experience. If you don't work in the kitchen, figure out who can make food for you on the sly. If you do work in the kitchen, learn how to cook for yourself on the sly and then start making things way cooler than what's on the menu. Cleaning sucks and you will have to do it constantly if you aren't bombarded with orders, but being diligent and keeping up appearances will make your bosses like you and that makes everything smoother. You're going to be eating a shit ton of burgers until you quit. glhf.

Hopefully you can use the money you earn to actually learn how to set up multiple sources of income (That don't require your physical presence) and you can become financially independent. Having a job is actually the worst way to make money. The wealthiest people in the world typically don't use a job as their primary source of income (There are people with normal jobs who are actually millionaires). Rather, they get their enjoyment out of their job/work. I guess you're talking about stocks/real estate, right? & that's what I plan to do. Doesn't have to be. It can be buying copyrights for books and selling them, internet marketing, starting businesses, etc...

I have really great memories of working at McDonalds and everyone said something positive about it being on my resume until I was 22 (when I took it off). It was really a lot of fun working there. Same. Got my first job there at 15 and became a manager in 6 months and hired a lot of my friends. Such a fun job overall. Be prepared for the jerks, though. We had a war veteran with an eye patch who came in every single day and ordered a sweet tea. If the tea wasn't perfect, he'd go ape-shit. Also, on my first day of making sandwiches, I got an order wrong, and the guy called me to the front and repeated the order. Then he said "There, now is that so hard?" People look down on jobs like that, but that's only because they're pompous pricks. So enjoy your time there! And every time you close (which can suck pretty royally) just remind yourself that you have a nice, comfy bed at home and you're making cold, hard cash. You smell like mustard, but.... CASH!!

In 8th grade a bunch of schools came by and listed all their features and stuff. I got put in Early College HS because some of my teachers said I had potential. I passed all my accuplacers besides math because maths a bitch and have 6 college classes a week, and will hopefully have an associates degree by the time I'm 18
