Ok, so anyone who knows me a little (or at least my blog) knows i was supposed to go to uni in London (UK) but couldnt due to unforeseen circumstances.
I then toyed with the idea of going to china but gave that up and instead joined my brother in Curtin, in Perth, WA.
Kinda overwhelming, got my SEA version of SC2 but (also known to people following my blog) i can't even activate it on my account until the wifi is set up in 2 weeks because my authenticator is on my old iPhone which needs wifi to work. So I need to wait, get my old authenticator replaced with my NEW authenticator. it's a pain! >.<
anyways, its pretty cool, altho i know no1 in Perth or Curtin aside from my brother and one of his friends. Anybody here from there?

Welcome to Western Australia lol, I'm going to UWA this year doing engineering/computer science combined course. This year's goal: gank starcraft 2 players and form a university team!

I did a year at curtin before moving onto UWA. Its a good uni, hope you enjoy your time here in perth

I'm in UWA 2nd year Computer Science. I moved to Australia for my first year. Best year of my life man. Curtin is an awesome university too. I have loads of friends there. Your tav has some pretty fking awesome events!

Yesssss Perth TL meet up! UWA 4th year eng/commerce. TBH i wanna find more people into BW specifically the proscene. Btw if you want to know where to go eat in perth, and i mean good food not shit like kfc/maccas, just shoot me a PM i could prolly give you a list including prices of course, poor poor students dont have that much monies.
EDIT: I remember seeing someone watching Day9 in the MCL at UWA... Should've totally approached him.

Hey, firstly welcome to Perth, I see I'm slightly late to this thread but I assume it should be alright. Yeah I live in Perth as well and I'm a first year student at curtin studying surveying. We should all seriously start gathering for TL meet up. I think my friend soon is hosting a sc2 tournament in Perth but I'm not completely sure if its going ahead as planned.

I'm a 3rd year student at Curtin . I don't know anyone from Curtin who plays sc2 since all the my mates that play sc2 live in Mandurah (which is where I live most of the time). I'm hoping the next RF Lan has an organised starcraft2 tourney since it is being held at the Curtin Stadium next to the Curtin gym :D. I'm probably going to head to this Lan since Curtin stadium is a mad venue.

I'm a 3rd year Econs/Comm student at UWA (formerly did Econs/Comp Sci). During the semester break I was *this* close to organising a UWA-SC2 League but gave up half-way through when a mate and I thought it wouldn't've gained enough interest. In case you're interest, there's a LAN coming up with an SC2 tourney (see rflan.org).

This is pretty awesome, I had no idea there were this many of us in Perth. UWA science student here so I'd totally be down for possible meetups/lans/tourneys in the future. I'll probably check out the tournament at Citypoint Cyber Cafe next weekend if any of you guys were going. Hey, UWA Chemical Engineering student here (5th year zomgomgo, only 2 units left!).
Im totally keen for some sort of uwa sc2 crew. My mates president of Leisure this year, and him and a few of the leisure people are semi-keen sc2 players. So i know quite a few UWA people who are sc2 players.
