Anyone have Knology?

Last week my dad finally broke down and decided that our internet sucked. Anyway, we're getting the 3-in-1 package by Knology; phone, cable, internet. We're used to AT&T - has anyone had experiences with Knology, good or bad? Do their internet speeds match what they actually advertise? Phone lines go down on a regular basis? Will I actually be able to stream the Day[9] daily with reliably no lag? Any info would be helpful ^^

What will be your upload rate and CPU? Those are the things that matter when you want to stream with no lag.

It says a maximum of 384 KB/s for the upstream, and my CPU's an Intel dual-core @2 GHz

edit: yeah, sorry, I meant be able to watch streams.

I have Knology at home and the net is pretty solid. I have like 5mb down. It tends to get a little stressed with 5 comps running stuff at once, but I'd say it's good.
