Now on to the actual part where I vent. I can't beat protoss. They are the only thing keeping me from masters league, I've won every single ZvZ and ZvT that has been thrown at me. But then I get a ZvP and I just lose. I've tried everything, mutas, roaches, hydras, roach/hydra, roach/hydra/corruptor, muta/ling, muta/ling/baneling, ling/baneling, infestor/roach/hydra, roach ling, broodlords, ultras. I jsut can't fucking win it's really annoying..................... It's gotten so bad that I am being faced against platinum players now, I beat a master league terran and zerg when I got a streak of zvzs and zvts. Hmm, my boyfriend said he started beating Protoss(he also plays Zerg)..
He said something about getting corruptors out quickly and sticking around the robo bay to snipe the colossus as it's coming out.. I can't remember what he said, but the biggest thing he mentioned was getting those colossi down before anything else I believe @_@

Not really, it doesn't face you up against each race in an equal fashion. So if I get a string of Protoss opponents my MMR drops so low that I have to work it back up by playing Z and T and then when I play Protoss again I lower again.
You cannot say protoss is the only thing holding you back, why dont you get a few replays and post in the strategy forum about points in your play to improve rather than basically saying you cant beat them and effectivly giving up by raging.

But on topic: Have u tried muta/ling with later muta and more lings to survive and get your economy up? It's potent against everything until storm come out.
To beat back a 4 gate u have to cut drones around 20, 23 drones then pump PURE lings. Ur larvae inject needs to be precise or you will die. Get a 3rd macro hatch after u beat back his 4gate or w/e. If he goes robo you can harass the SHIT out of him, make tons of sunks and use those stunk to be offensive (i.e. sunk so he can't kill u so u use muta-ling)
