I streamed for 2 or 3 hours yesterday, and for anyone who has been watching, just FYI that I enjoy streaming and answering my viewers' questions, but alas Canadian internet and bandwidth limits are a huge headache that prevent me from doing this regularly.
I hope you all enjoy my style of play, which I try to vary from game to game as I feel that my strength in SC2 is learning, exhibiting and perfecting MANY styles of play. I've learned lots from my teammates (protoss teammates SUGGY, rsvp, Ryan) and from some other high level replays (Naniwa) and I have a very varied playstyle that you can watch for hours on end.
As I live with my parents in Toronto, if I go over I do have to contribute to the Internet bill, and for those of you who are also in the area - you know that Rogers gets pricy if you make streaming a habit. I want to stream every night or every other night, and I have every intention of making that a reality. However, if I do this, I'll end up with probably a $100+ extra on top of my regular Internet bill.
I feel uncomfortable asking for donations, but I do give lessons and am looking for more regular students. The students I have had in the past have either quit for WoW, showed no interest in further improvement or chose to learn on their own. Rest assured, I can bring you to very high diamond if you are willing to practice hard.
I charge $25/hr but what the most valuable thing from being my student is the fact that you have complete access to me. I send my students replays (not only my own, but even replays I learn from myself), answer their questions (on e-mail or skype), and occasionally have 15-20 minute sessions (which are not charged btw) if they feel like they REALLY have problems. All this I do in my free time, and I take a genuine interest in making sure my students improve and advance.
I hope if you watch my stream or enjoy watching my games that I can have your support going forward, and I plan on improving every day to be the best I can be. I feel I have improved much over the last week. =)
