Hey TeamLiquid,
I wonder what sAviOr is doing now after the match fixing scandal? According to Wikipedia he is banned from all professional competitions now which means no more being as a progamer. Maybe anyone has some sources what he's doing now? Poker? Jail? Work? Military?
For those who doesn't know him(hello New SC2 community, some BW HistOry lessons here), he has been one of the greatest players in BW HistOry from ~2005-~2007. Sadly every Prime has an End and he got 3-0'ed by Bisu. Since then MJY couldn't win any more significant events except Blizzcon '08. Around april '10 he was involved in match fixing scandals just like other progamers like Luxury, Hwasin, YellOw[ArnC], go.go and some more.
for more information look these threads:
I would be grateful for more information about what those guys do now. I mean most of them won't have a proper education I guess... and now they can't be progamer anymore.
edit: TLPD is bugged for savior?

I too would be curious to know what he is up to. Wasn't he sentenced to like 18 months in jail?

About being banned from all professional competition, I think that's only for kespa leagues

Yes he was, but in Korea for an offense like that you can just do community service and probation instead of the jail time, which is what all of the progamers involved would be doing.

Wouldn't the match fixing scandal affect his future career?
I would be surprised if he finds some decent job.

Well I think his career in sports and media is pretty much done, but I think if he'd want to go law school or med school, or even get high up in some business(or start his own one?), he'd still have a decent shot at it.

In korea when you do something really embarassing or bad, people tend to go underground. Literally translated 'submerging', they keep to themselves and only keep in touch with family and closest of friends. Given his meteoric fall from grace, i wouldn't be surprised if he has done the same. We probably won't hear anything about this guy for a while longer. Anyways, i don't think he has a future in esports anymore so he'll probably just work on different things.

Savior stands no chance

But I think Jaeyoon is the type to be too humiliated to do so. I got the impression he was a good guy and was really suffering with everything in his interviews. Something tells me an in depth version of his side of the story would incur sympathy from me.

He's on a probation of sorts where if he doesn't screw up for like 18 months he's fine.
My guess is he's living a normal life, unrelated to video games.

he's probably dealing with rolex and other fancy stuff
