Well, I figured I'd try to be a productive member of the community and help you out depending on your level of play. Luckily I'm a 2600~ Diamond Protoss so even though i don't play Zerg I think I can point out some general things in your game and mechanics that could hopefully help a lot. I'll attempt to list the errors I had seen in a numerical order to follow the replay a bit better:
1. The very start of the game 0:00 to 2:00~ you were very sloppy about your workers. You didn't bother to set a rally point, and had larvae with the minerals to produce drones available, but hesitated or forgot to do so.
2. From that point on until the 3:50 minute mark i noticed a few things. a. you went for 12-13 pool and gas, which isn't necessarily bad, but you did not start mining gas soon after and when you had 100 gas you did not start ling speed. b. you also went for a gas steal and never bothered to expand, instead opting for a queen and a few lings. c. with said lings, you did not eliminate the scv inside of your base, which was seeing everything that was going on.
3. From that point until roughly the 5 minute mark, you do finally start your expansion, but your macro completely slips, as even your inject larvae finishes and you are not creating neither units, tech or drones and are sitting on a large sum of minerals for so early in the game.
4. After this until roughly 10 minutes in the game, quite a few things happen, but i won't point them all out and instead summarize. To make note of however, you do end up engaging a fair sized group of marines and marauders, or the "poke" as you called it. They over stim but do manage to micro and kill a few units and a stray overlord. The real trick here is to use the advantage of the creep's bonus to move speed and the ling's speed to trap the enemy's units with the lings, and then hit them with the banelings. This is best done by using the move command to move past the enemy with greater speed with the ling, force a block or a surround once in position with the attack command, and then make sure the banelings are not far behind to do the damage. However, with as many times as your friend had stimmed, 1-2 banelings could have done the job, or even a good surround with lings.
The rest of the game, unfortunately, just shows your flaws in mechanics altogether. Now normally I would suggest a macro hatch, or in other words: an in-base hatchery simply to have the extra larvae to spend the excess of minerals... but, you did have that and still had the problem
From the apm I saw you have more than enough apm to macro at a competent level. That means you have to pay a lot of attention to not stocking up too many resources unless u need an exact amount for a structure, say, 300 for a hatchery. At the very least, build more drones, and if you have too many minerals, build either in base hatcheries or expansions to spend the minerals. Good players are always spending their money when on only 2 bases, and until you get better at it, expanding and/or macro hatches will help you out until you become more self aware of it.
A few tips to remember:
-The better your economy starts, the faster it will grow throughout the game. The more money you have, the more units you can make! This is very important for zerg players! -Expanding, or even just a in base macro hatchery early on when you are still learning the game is very very important. As your economy grows, (by producing more workers) your army will grow (if you remember to spend your money as soon as you get it!). However, unlike the other races, your hatchery and your queens injecting larvae are the only way for you to produce units, and with only one hatchery you can't spend a lot (or enough) of your resources making units. Make sure you have enough hatcheries and queens to be spending your money efficiently, and when you feel like you are behind in production, make sure to take an expansion you think you are best able to defend! -Always use your overlords and lings for the map control/awareness they provide. That means try to keep a ling at each xelnaga tower, try to make sure you have an overlord in a safe spot, where you can use it to run it into the other players base and scout his tech, to make sure you have a fighting chance against his unit choices. Also make sure to have a ling or 2 between you and your opponents base, that way if a direct ground attack is coming, you will be able to see it possibly coming and not get caught off guard as easily.
I could go into build orders, unit specific things, but to be honest, with where you're at in the game, what will help you play dramatically better is simply being able to produce your units more efficiently and doing a better job with your economy and macro mechanics. Hope this post is of some help. GL and good huntin' ^^

Ok mine is a bit shorter. Next time don't do anything except get 1 queen per hatch, hotkey them, and try to inject as often as possible and just use your larvae and money. And by that I mean that if you see that you have 2k minerals and no gas it's not a shame to make 8 overlords, then just go 5SZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ and then use the rest to spam hatcheries or something. Badly used money is better than money not used at all.
In fact you could just do that for the next 10 games. In that game you could've crushed him if you spent even half of that excess money, and honestly you even had the larvae to do so. You just gotta remember to spam 5s*something* all the time. At least that's all my left hand does if there's nothing else going on for it.
