TL cred: I am a Starcraft 2 player and streamer, known among my fans for my infestor play and high economy contain and drain philosophy. I do aim to become a known pro in the future but, for now, this endeavor will become my goal.
Life Cred: I am a undergraduate student at the University of Central Florida studying creative writing. I am 19. I have absolutely no idea what i'm doing in life and i love the uncertainty. Okay thats enough random crap about me.
Why: For fun. We all agree starcraft is a very interesting subject and all subjects have theory. We do not have many (any?) starcraft theorists as it pertains to a theory of starcraft as a whole. There will always be "theorists" that think of our practical application (playing the game), these I would prefer to call scientists opposed to theorists, as their work is applicable to the real world (in this case playing starcraft). This blog will hopefully become a daily journal and log of my effort. and whether or not I come up with a real meaningful end it should at the very least be entertaining and interesting.
Now I have a few ideas to start, and unfortunately for me this means taking measurements, even if they are already taken, just to have consistancy in any mathematical data. So it may be that the first few days of this blog are boring and dull, but I hope it will improve as i go. If i succeed, we have an interesting new idea to play around with in starcraft, and if i fail, you get to read my insane rantings about the defining concept of starcraft while i'm cleaning the drool off my desk. So win-win right?
There is absolutely no point to posting this as it stands now, since no results = just an odd rant of a TL goer that is only mildly known at best and will likely be Internet-victomized by the lovable public. But I have a habit of posting things without reason, and this blog post will be no different. Wish me Luck. I'm an idiot.
Editting this as i've hit pretty much a standstill in my attempts. every time i seem to find an equation there are a few exceptions. my math skills are definitely not up to this.
