So I just had my 100th win on my account. Against a Gold leaguer. AW YEAH!
Then I looked at his profile...
...no wins since his placement matches...
...zero points...
...WAY TO SHATTER MY HAPPY, BUTTFACE!
But whatever, here's the replay. I got supply blocked fairly early and watching the replay, I made some silly decisions, but a win's a win, I guess.

What Fun Things You Been Tryin'?
So my last three games I've tried rushing to void rays, freakin' them out then going mass zealots with leg speed + DTs. This was an experiment in harassment, as that is definitely my weakness - in that I never do it.
I don't care what anyone says, zealots with legs are the shit.
I'm not entirely sure how viable this tactic is. I've been doing it off one base until the DT tech, as I expand during the VR freakout session. And I've only tried it against Z and P. It'll probably fall on it's ass against T.
The zerg went mutas and the tact still worked to a point. I hadn't started my DT tech yet so I just switched to phoenix + stalker.
It's basically cool just having a stargate there.
(aside: Phoenixes are awesome. I've tried working out a build where I can use them more. Used them a lot in custom practice games, but never seem to get around to it in ladder. They were great in that Z game though. Fast, pew pew, sweet buggy death, ovie explodey, etc.)
I've pretty much been avoiding colossus at all costs. I only get some if it's mid-game and if it's worth it against the composition. Day9 was so right - I used to rush to them pretty hard but you just don't feel safe.
Stuff I Need To Work On:
* Upgrades - been doin' them, but need to not forget about them.
* Macro after 10 minutes (still...)
* Realising when my expo's finished and sending probes there, ffs.
* Maintaining probe production post expo.

Anyway, seriously, I dunno. I just don't have time lately because work is doing my head in. Well, it always does, just more so over summer due to television commitments. (Working in TV is not as awesome, glamorous nor cool as it sounds. It basically means no holidays.)
Also, as an aside, as I mostly work nights, there's never a buttload of people on Battle.net when I play...that's why I opened my NA account in the first place. Daytime for me is nighttime for the US.
I'll probably be able to play more in the New Year - January is a big crunch time at work due to summer sport commitments (blaaaaahhhh...), but I'll get to wander on home and play SC2 to my heart's content every night.
