as many suggestions for TV series, films anything to waste time. I have to go to school all next week even though I have only 2 hours of lessons to teach all week (stupid Korean system) so I have a lot of time to kill and see Insomnia becoming more of a problem.
With regards to anyone else with Insomina I think the good suggestions are reading and working out. I used to run everyday (thats how I got my injurry) and never had any problem sleeping. I'm gonna go to Itawon and get some English language books to read as soon as my legs better enough to do so and am pushing learning Korean as much as possible to try and make myself mentally warn out.
I think I am gonna go sit on the number 1,000 bus tomorrow and just get it into Seoul and come back on it without doing anything just to get out the house. Thats how fun my life is right now. Anyway.
