I have a laptop with similar settings such as core 2 duo and stuff, but with a ghz that is higher than recommended, but it has a intel card. Guess what, it won't run sc2, and when it does, it runs at like 20 fps LOL, your graphic card is the problem. From what I'm seeing, you have a integrated graphic card and a Intel core 2 duo processor. First of all, Intel core 2 duo and i series processors are two different things. Secondly, integrated processors SUCK. However, some integrated processors suck more than others. My integrated processor may suck but its still enough to run SC2 without a problem. However, people without integrated processors usually do not have a problem running SC2. Now please stop being an ignoramus and assume the worst because your computer suck and you just have to go around and denounce everything else to make yourself feel a little better. Seriously, your not helping anymore. Your argument lacks so much reason. How can you compare a 2 year old processor to a modern one? Honestly. Its like your comparing Windows Vista to Windows 7. "Oh, your computer will be extremely buggy because its a Windows. I have a Vista and my computer is very buggy." Next, please try to back your arguments with a little more evidence and if you know nothing about the subject, then don't say anything. Looking at your comment, I can tell that you know very little about computers. I'm surprised that you haven't been warned yet. Not for presenting a erroneous claim but for supporting your claim with something as unreliable as comparing two different intel processors.

I can understand you having the i3 processor, that is why I recommended the 512 ATI mobility radeon.

My resolution is somewhat low (1366x768) because I have a 15" screen so I don't know about 17".
