Dell Studio 1535 help

My dell studio 1535 and it wont turn on the battery says it is charging(which before today it wasn't doing) and when i take the battery out and put it back in the charging light blinks then stays on. Does anyone on TL know what i could do ? any sort of help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you all in advance.

BuGzlToOnl United States5918 Posts November 21 2010 15:14 GMT #2 Hold the Fn key at the start up and it'll run a diagnostic test. If that doesn't work call DELL they have a really good customer support.

BuGzlToOnl United States5918 Posts November 21 2010 15:23 GMT #4 That actually happened to me too. Twice. I was too lazy to call customer support both times and just left it alone for 2-3 days. And it went back to working just fine. The second time though I called and they replaced the hardrive. Said it might be dying and that was the most likely problem. Backed all my shit up though. Might want to do the same if it starts working again. Like I said customer support is really good. Just hope you get a Indian girl instead of a guy. I find the guy's Indian accent so much harder understand.
