I just mashed together a seemless texture for the Taskbar Texture and messed about a bit more to make the Start Menu Texture.
The Zerg Race Icon I applied various filters alpha to be ready. There are 3 stages you can have to the StartButton replacement, no mouse over, mouse over, clicked. Currently I have no mouse over and mouse over(the brighter version only). If anyone wants they can edit a the last one to something interesting. I use this program to change the start icon and windowsblinds+skin studio to put the texture on though i'll switch to something else at the end of the month free trial if I find anything free.
The window thumbnail preview isn't seemless and i'm lazy so
someone else fix that if they are inclined to do so.

Background not included its just some art straight from blizz site you can pick your own; i usually just have flowers on my desktop lol.
Someone is making a Terran theme in the TL Community Section just posting this cos more then 1 other person wanted some zerg love asap. I'm sure someone can make something more polished soon fingers crossed.

Skin Studio (I used free 1 month trial of these after that do what you want I gave you the textures go mad)
