I said "dude what the fuck did you do that for" when a huge tackle landed on me. I was laying in a ditch in our neighborhood just taking punches and kicks from this man. I was too scared to fight back because of the thought of him having a knife or gun so I just layed there getting kicked, which when a person is laying on the ground being kicked, that is categorized as assault with a deadly weapon and could have got him a good 20 years. During my beating 2 ladies showed up and just stood there and watch. I mean seriously, they just stood there and watched. They did not even bother to help, or call the police. So here I am getting beaten for 5 minutes while 2 ladies are 5 feet away not doing a thing. The driver of the car that got hit with rocks eventually came around and got her son off of me. She called the police as well. So when the police arrived I explained what happened and how he attacked me when I did not even throw the rocks, and he just sat there and denied it, and those 2 bitches that were just watching it just denied me getting hit. Like what the fuck? They are that scared? Anyway I had the bruises and knots on my head that shows he assaulted me, and of course they asked if i wanted to press charges but I couldn't because they would have pressed charges against my friend who already had previous charges and was on a probation. Anyway, never talked to that friend again. And on a side note; if you see someone getting attacked, don't stand there like an idiot you fuckhead, get some help | ||

Someone ought to take these fuckers out, consider it your civic duty if you own a gun. Seriously, if every single person that gets mugged just sits down and considers it an acceptable loss, then these people will never ever be brought to justice. It disgusts me to think that they are unlikely to ever pay for their crime. I mean, if you don't have a weapon, obviously, it's an acceptable loss. But if you have the means to protect yourself, don't let these criminals continue plaguing our society. | ||

However... You should never fight back when you get mugged or anything like that, it's just too risky. There were 4 of them and they could have been carrying knives or even guns... if they were you would have been in serious trouble... I got mugged once too, a large man approached my girlfriend and I when we were walking back to the apartment late night and demanded my money. I just gave him everything and he bolted off. I lost about 40 dollars, my phone, and all my ID and credit card etc but I am glad we were safe. If I tried to run or fight him really bad shit could have happened regardless if he was armed or not.... So next time please please please just don't fight back or run! | ||
