Tonight I played a few ladder games as Zerg for the first time in a long time! Finally got my siege tank portrait and the Terran 100 achievement!
Sometime in the next few days I'll do a big writeup on the differences between Terran and Zerg from my perspective focusing on some of the more abstract concepts... I don't think anyone wants to read something that says "yeah... Zerg has zerglings and Terran has marines. Other than that no difference"
The two races definitely play a lot differently and I feel as though after the most recent patch, balance is better than ever in the ZvT matchup.
I kind of stopped keeping track of my record and rating progression, but I believe it's stayed relatively stable if you account for bonus pool inflating ratings. I do have about 20 losses in there from leaving when I got TvT. I never really discovered the joy of the TvT matchup and many times just decided to leave right away and re-queue to get a P or Z to play against. Lucky for those guys who ended up getting queued against me three games in a row -_-;
