About 70% of the cheese on storebought pizza, cheeseburgers etc. is not real cheese but something made of palm oil, starch, milk proteins and salts. Not only is it cheaper but it is also more resistable to heat and has a few other advantages that make it more flexible to use in food preparations. | ||
