It's now 2 weeks into my first deployment and my now my first time on the internet. I'm currently stationed in Fort McCoy WI for MOB training and upon completion of this I'll be heading straight to Kuwait where i'll hopefully have internet on a daily basis.
A recap so far Week 1 - Introduction to for McCoy: do and do nots
Can't do a lot of stuff and lets leave it at that Can do, sit in my bay all day and listen to music, at least i have that T_T
Shots and paper work...
Got the Anthrax Shot, Typhoid Shot, Blood drawn, Small Pox, and what ever else after getting many shots at once, I stood up a little too fast and passed out and fell head first on my head T_T slight concussion. Other then that no injuries .
Week 2 M240B Night qualification with Thermal image... was amazing . Driver's training and starting working out and my real job which is training on classified stuff from 2-10.
Seems like so much more has happened but thats it. Seems like I've already been here for a couple months because of how long the days have been. Getting up at 5am every morning to fall asleep around 11 every night. blah
Upcomming events I guess is, rollover training (Wee) . PT test, fitness test, and a 4 day weekend scheduled to be from 3,4,5,6 of Nov but subject to change. And i can tell you to expect a great tournament to start at that time.
Well this computer has me on a time limit of 25 minutes, sooo going to cut this short so i can check up on the other websites.
Sorry for the spelling and grammar errors i don't feel like cleaning it up at the moment.
Love you guys, Adrenaline~ (bliss) ((jeremy))

Both my roommate last year and this year are in the Army ROTC program.
I couldn't imagine such a lifestyle, especially full time. Must take some serious dedication.

I shall be following along with this, I typically don't read "personal" blogs but something like this peaks my interest a lot.
Also, trying to get up too quickly after having blood drawn is never a smart idea. I have low blood pressure so I get that feeling everytime I stand up too quickly, though I've mastered the art of keeping conscious.

sounds like you're having fun (all the smiles )

lol Kuwait. I was there on my first deployment.
Uh, it was more or less a joke. I mean, it'll probably be different for other services, but for Air Force, the most dangerous parts were the Kuwaiti drivers (read: MANIACS).

Be safe rock it.
Really enjoy these blogs. Shed some light on something we never hear about. R&R in a westernized arab nation should be pretty interesting.

Just a question, are you reserves or active?
