EPTA while ago i lost my entire steam account due to a payment error from paypal - a bunch of calls later it isn't recoverable, but its OK, i'm not poor and it was only like 150$ worth of games, mistake learned for next time
Either way i openend up a new account with the same email adress (i should be allowed to do this right)
And tried to buy some games!
However, no matter what payment method i used (debit card visa = card declined, paypal = unexpected error, click+buy with my visa = authorisation failure despite the fact it went through on the click+buy website) - it wouldnt accept my payment
Ive opened a ticket about this but steam havnt bothered to reply...
Does it have something to do with my name/emailadress/etc being blacklisted for a banned acc due to payment errors or something?
Is that even something i can fix, am i permabanned from steam forever or what?
