+ Show Spoiler + About the 3rd or 4th time you beat Kerrigan, you can vaguely hear her saying "Don't give up!" I tend to think that Blizzard carefully plant this in here, and that means Kerrigan definitely want to return to human form. Part of the storyline was her and Jim competing for the XelNaga artifacts, so maybe she wanted them for the same reason Jim did. | ||

Think about what you would do if you controlled the zerg army and been betrayed by someone the way mengsk did her. Now think about a single player as a general/cerabrate of that woman as she takes her revenge. I for one can't fucking wait. | ||

i don't think it has to do anything with the "she-is-still-zerg" image, just the way blizzard always bypasses situations to make it look better =) | ||

3 takes -Before Wings of liberty timeframe (least likely) -She wasn't actually healed by the artifact (again, unlikely) -She regained powers (through the campaign) and became her zerg self again.(most likely since it would fit in with getting units later, such as at beginning only having lings, then she gets more powerful and others like roaches start to believe in her or something.) | ||

Relating to the expansion's title, Kerrigan IS the heart of the swarm, giving them a reason to make peace with the Terran and fight the hybrids for a greater good. | ||

This raises the question, will Kerrigan be reinfested? Personally i Don't think so, Blizzard is better at writing stories than that. WoL story absolutely blew balls a deinfested Kerrigan because Raynor has sentimental thoughts about her makes a whole lot less sense than deinfesting Kerrigan for the purpose of removing her control over Zerg and punishing her for her crimes against humanity and Protoss + Show Spoiler + anyways, Kerrigan is going to be reinfested because she has to be able to control the Zerg so that the protoss/zerg hybrids don't. Zeratul says Kerrigan must live otherwise the protoss/zerg hybrid takes over Zerg. I assume a human Kerrigan can't control Zerg, thus Kerrigan must be reinfested edit: fuck, I responded to an old ass thread | ||
