yea this feature is awesome. every time i get tempted to vist the SC2 forum I almost always end up either completely enraged or depressed by some of the logic there. if i read the phrase "but SC2 is still in beta! it hasnt had 10 years to develop..." i dunno what i'd do lol.

the thing is, there will only be a TSL3 for ONE of the games. there will only be CSL for ONE of them. ive only got enough free time for ONE of them. it was so much less satisfying in phase 1 of the beta when I was playing beta in my free time and watching BW in my other free time. playing and watching the same game is so much more satisfying and fun for me, and I've only personally got enough free time for ONE game.
also i dont know the exact ratio of people here "only for SC2", but I really hope it's not that high  . surely at least half the people here still follow BW to some extent right?

sc2 strategy forum is lol, i don't go to tournaments so i don't care about that either, but i keep general open for random announcements i may miss although it's probably the shittiest of the forum.

I only keep it open to see when the next patch is online and other things like that. I don't know if i'm going to use it that much after sc2 launches. Ive never been to the strategies section but i haven't heard very good things about it. I'll just stick to pro replays to learn new strategies.

i want to move bw on top of sc2. i hate having to scroll down even with sc2 minimized. bw needs to stop bending over for sc2.

Im glad the coders added a feature to minimize it. It would be even better if it could completely disappear. Just add two check boxes in the profile options "Display SC2 forums" and "Display SC2 news".
And according to the poll in OP, I'm not the only one who thinks SC2 forums are garbage "screw SC2 forum" + "Yes" = 75% gg nore. Eventhough I admit it's biaised as people who hate it will be more enclined to vote against than people who are just "ok" with it, it's still a huge proportion nonetheless.

I have the General/Strategy sections of the SCII forums minimized. Only keep the Tourney section up so if I see something like 1st SCII OSL I'll be able to click it.

Oh come on. The forums will be in shape soon enough. We have Banlings now 
Just let them all loose on the SC2 forum and it should meet the quality standards of the other sections soon enough.
Ps. I love the new feature. Didn't saw it untill reading this blog.
