So, having been practicing this Opening for a few weeks now with some SC style two-a-days, and having now been able to do it consistantly within 1 second difference i will share it to you.
Zerg vs Terran
Open up as normal, going into a double extractor trick. 14 Hatch 14 Gas 13 Pool Lair when pool finishes Make queen from nat as soon as 150 minerals stockpiles If a fast attack is scouted throw down 1-2 spine crawlers, else continue with drone and minimal ling production.
Based on scout, upon lair transition to spire tech, Infestor tech, roach tech, hydra tech or banelings. Both a fast lair and fast expansion also quick switches to these entirely based on what feels most appropriate at the time.
If Infestor, a cool transition to mutalisk infestor ling is possible by a quick third for the gas. this allows maximum agression while also expanding to a third quickly.
That is my random blog about my favorite ZvT opening and transitions. Thank you for reading.

really late pool and Lair before first Queen? Doesnt sound like you'd survive a rush, crawlers build extremely slowly.
|
no way you gonna survive without ling speed ....
scouting fast lair makes me wanna shove some hellions in your face.
|
If i scouted this build i would just pump zeals out of my inevitable two gate opening and completely destroy you, or get a fast immortal and attack with zeal/stalker/sentry. FE's are pretty easy to kill when the zerg goes hat first.

I think this BO is for fast tech strategies and is not appropriate for longterm games even though you go for an FE. reason is that you invest much in a fast gasorientated tech-BO and have a late queen => very few drones

You absolutely need ling speed before lair if you're going hatch before pool. Otherwise, your opponent will just camp you with very few units (you have no way to threaten him if you don't have ling speed), and expand / tech like a madman. Also, 2gate push will kill this easy.

Anyway, some replays would be appreciated. VS diamond humas, not AI or build tester...

A little response numbers wise for this build. I get the queen out about 14 seconds later than normal for a 14 hatch 13 pool. The queen gets started around 4:08 game time.
As for rushes the fastest ( a 6 rax) obviously requires a change in build order, but thats not too big of a deal or a threat.
a 10 rax reaper will arrive at 4:26 meaning i'll either have a spine crawler or two, or lings to defend this is the hardest to defend
hellions arrive around the 6 minute mark, which gives plenty of time to get things up (and even have a spire finished).
The main strength of the build is flexibility, having lair options and economic options open from the very beginning of the game allows zerg to respond effectively to all types of mixes.
I'll get some replays up for everyone when i have more. and when i'm not getting a filling in an hour.

i find that going pool before second hatch is more beneficial unless you are fast expanding...and even then will usually be better for you - at that point you can pump out two queens (your second queen at your first hatch will finish before your second hatch, and be ready for it)
