I did, and they hang up everytime I ask for my money. I'm just mad at the stuff they promised me earlier about the deposit, not mad at all at not having a job right now . Kind of my fault too, shouldn't have handed over the cash so fast.
Small claims would cost $100+ just to get my $50 back, that's just stupid.
Let's put it this way, if your girlfriend took all your savings and broke up with you, how would you get her back?

Got a lawyer friend/friend's dad that's a lawyer? Call in a favor and talk to them about it, if they're sympathetic they'll go with you in person to the agency and lawyers usually scare people enough to get $50.

i would suggest shitting in a plastic bag, and putting it in an air vent in their office somewhere that is really hard to get out, or better yet, totally hidden so they can't see it.
thing about shit is that it's really really stinky if left out for a while, and it stinks from a very long distance.
if you can hid it somewhere in the office that nobody knows where it is cause they can't see it, then they have to breath that for a while. HAHAHAHA fuckers.

I'd gladly pay 100$ to get my savings because it's alot more then that 
And i'd also go with the go in person. Maybe get an older person to accompany you? And remember, if you have to pay $100+ don't they need to do that either? And it would save them more time / money to give you your $50?

I would try to just move on, nothing hurts more then someone who says he doesn't care. So i'd just take it to court. Get my money and never speak to her again.

They pretty much screwed you over but there are a lot of job opportunities where you don't have to pay money to get a job. Just look around in the newspaper or what not and be proactive instead of worrying about some assholes that tricked you into giving them money.
