Dinner's actually not the best activity for a date. It's been proven that activities which raise your date's heart rate will yield more favorable outcomes. Hmm... Is Dance Dance Revolution or equivalent popular in Korea? I'm thinking: Ask her out for coffee. Sit down at the coffee shop, mention going to the arcade. Get to the arcade and play some games of DDR.
