For those of you who want to improve your BW skills, I am using this blog to offer my help.
My goal for any willing players:
If you're D, I want to help you obtain at least C-.
If you're D+/C-, I want to help you obtain at least C.
If you're C/C+, you can probably kick my ass once in a while, but I'll try to help hurdle over the gap to B-.
My reason for doing this: I realize I have played truckloads of games to reach the level of experience now, but I want to challenge myself to pass on the knowledge I have gained.
My conditions are simple: Dedicate at least 3 nights a week, at least an hour a night. The reason for my lax time schedule is because I know most players won't have the dedication to trudge through hours and days of gaming, and the ones who do usually burn out quickly. We'll continue for as long as either person is willing.
I'm using this blog to reach out to those who want to improve their skill in this game. You have the freedom to use my help, but I cannot be dedicated for you. Think of it as a pseudo-college course. Also, since I am a protoss player, I may not be as able to help non-protoss players out as effectively, but I'll try for you as well if you want to improve. Post here or PM me and we'll discuss details such as what to expect beginning of the season and adult swim hours. Good luck and have fun.

Hey actually, I can get in here too I decided to come back to BW and reach my goal of A- that I gave up long ago. I left off as a B rank Terran, so I'll be like a C- Terran right now. But practice buddies + my experience as a slightly higher level player could be nice to kind of coach with as I improve again.
Does that sound good?

I am D-/D toss i need to improve mechanics and i need to be overall faster also i have problems playing on ladder i just freeze and i can barely move my arms properly so i don't have enoguh games to say what is my exact iccup ranking

I'd love to see a rep pack of sorts of the pvt games you have lost on iccup this season. Anytime you can see what can work against good players is a beneficial thing.

I played a lot of fastest(unfortunately), but I could have easily gotten to C, and with a bit of work gotten to B- because I knew absolutely everything but the basic strategy for low. However, now that I switched over to SC2 I don't remember ANYTHING about how to play so I'm really bad at BW, but I would like to get good again to get my apm up for when SC2 is released. I used to have 250 apm in fastest, but within a week of playing SC2, my average went from 250 to 90. I still have about 180 apm in BW, but 90 in SC2.
I would like to do this, and I do appreciate you offering this.
EDIT: I actually just need some basic outline for strategies. I already understand everything there is, and have played A LOT of BW. I just need to play about 20 games and get back into my groove, memorizing production times and such.

Awesome! I'm a C-/C protoss but I don't really care about reaching a particular rank anymore. What I really want to do is understand one matchup from both sides. For example, I'd like to be able to pvz and zvp at least decently. If you're willing to help me do this, PM me.

I've never played SC:BW before (I'm an SC2 kiddie,) but I got to 1650 platinum before the diamond league patch came out and I'd be willing to learn whatever race you'd be willing to teach.
100% not a joke.
Of course if you don't want to teach from the ground I can always just go back to League of Legends when the beta ends.

Well, teaching straight from the get-go is kind of difficult. Have you even played singler player campaigns yet?

Hey I'd be interested in getting trained by you, ilovezil, or any one else that can help me out.
Play Protoss, rank D, apm ~70. Currently biggest issue seems to be multitasking and getting a routine down.
I can play pretty much any night 10 p.m. to 4 p.m. eastern time (yeah lol, I'm an insomniac). Doesn't mean I necessarily will be on iccup or b.net then (I'm a css fan but I'll be available (probably).
