This makes me a little sad inside. I used to love watching the Simpsons when I got home from school.

Sadly, the Simpsons hasn't been good since Season 8.
I remember back in the day when that was the minority. Now the majority is terrible.

I agree that this intro is pretty bad but I don't care if the episode is good (btw, didnt watch it yet, it's in my recorder :\ )

Yeah Simpsons were good until 2004-2005, then it went to shit when they tried to start following current and political events.

Guess it wasn't for everyone but I personally found it hilarious.

I don't see what the problem is. I mean why is everyone whining when the animators want to do this once in a while? It's not like you'll see it in every intro.
