So for a gift, someone gave me 2100 points to spend on my wii.
I already have
Street Fighter 2: The New Challengers Kirby's Avalanche Ogre Battle: March of the Black Queen Sonic 2 Zelda Zelda: Link to the Past Super Mario World Super Mario 64 Mega Man 2,3,9 Secret of Mana Paper Mario
I'm not really looking for any more zelda games/megaman games/mario games/or rpg's. I also would like a game that has a good deal of replayability and something that can easily be turned into a drinking game (see Kirby's Avalanche). I am a big fan of ogre battle 64 as well as super mario rpg, but I don't really want to spend my wii points on them since ive played them both already sixty thousand times each. Also, I already have World of Goo on steam, so...
I would, if possible, like to spend all of my points. So far I've done a fair bit of research and am thinking about Art Style: Cubello, Bomberman Blast, and Ice Hockey, but if you guys can recommend something different that you have been enjoying, I totally would like to hear it.
Oh, I forgot to add that I already have World of Goo on Steam in my OP. Honestly, I didn't find it that challenging although I totally dug the artwork.
I've played punch out before on nes emulator. It was fun but I didn't think it was worth playing again? Can you play with other people? Why do you recommend it so adamantly?
Thanks everyone greatly for your input, but I ultimately went with my three original choices.
I must say I am enjoying Cubello quite a bit. It's not hard to be able to finish the levels. The real fun comes from trying to do it as quickly and efficiently as possible. From what I could see online, I am pretty sure I am a contender for some world records -.- As long as you have a brain and patience, this game is a great puzzler. The audio kinda sucks, though. I usually turn it down and crank up some music of my own.
Also, Bomberman seems to be a great party game (as expected). No regrets there. The best part has to be being able to run around with your Mii head, as well as the new items whose activations require you to shake your wiimote. I love it when it's just down to the final two bombermen and the real duel begins.
Don't really know how I feel about Ice Hockey yet. It seems to have potential from what I could see in single player, but I have yet to find someone to play it with me. Most of the people around here favor the puzzlers and action games rather than the sports games. Hopefully when I get home I will be able to find some competition and test it out.
