I select Veteran. I was 3 seconds away from EASILY (walk in the park (practically sleeping)) winning my first placement match, then *boom*, computer freezes. I come back to win 4-0 the rest of the placements in an incredibly uneven set of matches. Then, "Congratulations! You've been placed in Gold division!" Thanks, Blizzard. I can't wait to live in placement match heaven where I log on and can practically play all the placement-level matches I want!   | ||

Now I'm a proud member of Silver league. But doesen't really matter. I know I will be bumped to Platinum sooner or later, I'll just enjoy noob bashing and play some random while I'm still here, so should you! Not a big deal. | ||

Plenty of people go 5-0 and still get placed into gold. There was no guarantee you would be put in Platinum. Maybe after this reset, you're actually a gold player? | ||

It seems it is. I've played around 20 games now, first made it to Gold League from Silver League and now I'm in Platinum League. If you are truly a Platinum Level player (which isn't hard at all) you can easily push through the leagues, because you shuold be destroying most opponents without much problem. | ||
